Due to some technical issues with the application database and the delay of the promotion plan, we have extended the early bird to Wed March 3. All applicant applied no later than March 3 (wed) and paid by Sun March 6 are considered as early bird.
For those who have applied and paid the full fees, we shall arrange with you for a refund by cheque at or after the conference.
The deadline for the normal application will stay at March 21 (Mon).
