I have started the SEEC 2020 refund mechanism. For those who have applied for SEEC 2020, you will receive an email before Monday, March 16 to give you the refund options. If you have not received any email by Monday, please check your junk mailbox and email me if you still cannot find it. We shall be using the same email address which you receive your confirmation email.
I shall start making transfers by Tuesday to Sunday (March 17-22) if you reply to my email. Unfortunately, I shall not email each individual after I transfer or sent cheque. Please do check your account / mailbox for its completion. If you reply late (after March 22), I shall try to make the transfer within a week.

Apologies to all SEEC applicants. It is indeed a sad decision to cancel SEEC 2020 for health reasons.
